Cross infection is always high priority in our practice, we are incredibly proud of our high standards in this area. We are doing all we can to reduce the risk of infection and to help keep everyone safe and well.
As such, you will notice some extra changes around our practice at this time:
We have placed hand sanitiser around the reception area and we asked that your please sanitise your hands when you enter and leave our practice. We are also continuing to regulary disinfect door handles and all other high-traffic areas.
Please Come Alone
We would ask you to please come alone to your appointment. Of course, if you need someone with you for support, please only bring one person. Children under 16 are still required to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Arrive 5 Minutes Before Your Appointment
Please can we ask you to arrive only 5 minutes before your appointment to limit patient numbers in our practice.
We are aware that this is a very uncertain and concerning time for many of our patients, staff and suppliers. We are reviewing the situation regularly when national guidance is issued.
We ask that any of our patients who feel unwell (temperature/cough/shortness of breath) or has recently returned from an area affected by Covid-19, to please inform us and delay your appointment by 14 days.
